My business interests focus on telecoms marketing and real estate property development. I chose these industries because they are sustainable in the long term (you'll always need your mobile phone and a place to sleep), universally popular (I bet you're carrying your mobile phone and house keys as we speak) and importantly offer significant leverage potential that affords you to live out a mini-retirement.

I'm on a journey to push the envelope with outsourcing and endeavour to focus all my efforts on the 20% that produces 80% of your results - the areas of creativity, planning and relationships. That's why I don't work a 9-5 (read 8-8 for most city dwellers) anymore.

Why? Because this is what I'm passionate about - writing, creativity and learning about people who have the ability to inspire.
