* Charity dollars have only one life. Social business can recreate that dollar’s life many times. The inherent problems with charity is that it doesn’t create - it’s a project

* Grameen loans experience a 99% redemption rate through borrower repayment

* Bangladesh is on target to be one of the few developing countries that will eradicate 50% of its poverty by 2015 - in line with the UN’s millenium poverty goals (remember those?)
